It's easy to get to Gibsons!

From Vancouver: Take the Langdale ferry from Horseshoe Bay in West Vancouver — see www.bcferries.com or telephone 1-888-223-3779 or (604) 886-2242 for schedule and fares. Fare is round-trip. Note: Credit cards and cash accepted at terminal and on board, no Interac.

The ferry ride is very scenic with views of Bowen Island, Gambier Island and the coastal mountains. The ship is a large "C class" vessel with a full service cafeteria, gift shop, snack bar. Capacity 362 vehicles, 1500 passengers and crew. Bring your car on the ferry, or walk aboard and take transit between Langdale and Gibsons Landing.

Private Charters

Sea-planes and helicopters can be chartered to Sechelt and Gibsons. If you're coming from Vancouver Island in a small group, this is economical and very quick, cutting about 6 hours from your travel time each way.

Local Transportation

If you're driving from the ferry, you can get to Upper Gibsons by following the main traffic straight up the big hill known as the bypass. Follow the signs to Upper Gibsons. Or, to go to the Landing, turn left at the first traffic lights out of the terminal and follow Marine Drive into the village. Either destination is about 5 minutes from the ferry.
